I have found that the staff are very helpful. It is laid out over three floors. Admittedly I have only used the mens department but you walk past the resturant and perfumes which looked very busy when I was there on a Saturday. I found that its best to ask about there exchange policy before you purchase your item. So far I personally have not had a problem.

Good town centre Debenhams, plenty of selection throughout the store. Disabled access and customer toilets available. Has a Costa inside the entrance now. Not too sure if the cafe upstairs is closed due to the Costa.

Great place to shop & relax with friends or family members as you have a choice of two restaurant's or coffee shops Costa or Debenhams own personal restaurant
