Terrible mattress. Seriously horrible - springs stick out and has sunken in the middle. I have a continuously hurt back after using it for only a couple of months.

They provided a very bad quality mattress: the springs are almost sticking out and you can feel them lying down and they wouldn't exchange, refund or replace it what so ever. They just said it is what you paid for. Overall con men attitude and service

Cheap product (with all the benefits of bad tolerance on mechanics, low quality on wooden parts and wood chips and powder that haven't been cleaned after the manufacturing process), accept only cash, set home delivery next day but just didn't show up, when we called them the answer we got -'oh, we'll do it tomorrow', after they have delivered the product it appeared (despite the promise made in the store) that we should assemble the bed ourself or order an assembler for extra money. And the last touch - one of the mattresses is not what we have order but the store doesn't want to replace it and trying to convince us that 'orthopaedic' and regular mattress is actually the same thing (we have ordered orthopaedic one and got regular - which is much softer than the one we have tried at the store). And as an example of their customer relations quote from our conversation: "We don't care if you or your relatives and friends are not happy with us and won't come to us again - we have enough customers"
