This company offered me a free waterbottle if I posted a positive review. Friendly staff until they have your money. Purchased a £3000+ product. Product reported faulty on day it arrived, refund refused, failed to send an engineer out, after nearly a month of near constant calls and complaints they offered replacement with a new machine if I could drop the machine off to their Northampton store. Once they had my machine back they refused to send a new machine blaming me for the faults and saying that as they repaired it they no longer consider it faulty and will return the same machine. One of the Managers openly admitted to breaking our agreement and stating his belief that this was acceptable as the fault was my own. A faulty used machine was delivered back to my house and I am still waiting for refund. Left with no choice but to seek legal advice and claim back damages. I rated this company highly but I wouldn't buy anything from them again. I would recommend not buying anything expensive you can't easily return yourself. I will probably use Powerhouse Fitness in the future.
Very good knowkedge and help. No high ptessire tactics and explained product very well.
Bought a rowing machine from here. Really positive experience, great advice from Robert and seems like amazing value. Delivery was really quick too.
Spoke to store through messenger service,only advice they could give me on parts to a product was come into the store to look at products on offer,I had my product, which am happy with,just wanted a part,to know if could supply it,not to travel 5miles for salesman to try and sell me a product.
Excellent service and advice as always
I am delighted with the equipment I bought and the advice I received from Stephen. I was in the shop for about an hour trying various different machines as I did not know what I wanted at all. Stephen was very knowledgable and not at all pushy. When I left he sent me a quote and more information on the machine I did eventually return to purchase. Delivery was plain sailing and prompt. I can’t fault the service.
Stephen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to find out what specs we'd like and also suggesting alternative provisions which are available. He also was able to compare different models and provide us with the required knowledge in order to choose the model that would suit our needs best. He helped with the ordering process of both the models inside the shop and those not on show.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. An excellent selection of equipment. You can email the branch in advance and ask whether specific items are in store for purchase. Response time is quick and usually all items in stock. You can just go, purchase and have your items straight away. Always exceptional service from Rob, Stephen and Juste.
The customer service from the North London store is the worst I have ever come across, a half star would still be too much. We purchased a machine in August, 2 weeks later it had a fault, since then we have been chasing them to get their service department to pick the machine up for a full refund,. Despite talking with the staff and then the store Manager Rob last week who promised me the service people could call me still haven't heard from them. Stay away from this company, they are only interested in taking your money and once have it pretty much ignore you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
This is an excellent store with knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic service including after sales service that go the extra mile to ensure that, as a customer, I am 100% happy with my purchase. A range of good quality equipment in store, plenty of room to try them, honest advise from staff and easy free parking all make this store a pleasure to visit. And to top it off multiple payment options that will fit into most people’s budget. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
