My mother has recently spent time and money getting a new carpet which has a very visible fault. The store have claimed it’s nothing to do with them and that manufacture says it’s not their problem so they are unable to help. Exceptionally poor service and a company is defined by how it handles problems. Very quick to take your money but absolutely no element of care or service when it goes wrong. No wonder they are struggling financially.

Bought a carpet which after just a month started showing a lot of wear and tearing in some places. Customer services and head office did not help at all and said it was nothing to do with the carpet. When you need their help or if something goes wrong they don’t want to know.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, with a good selection of flooring and beds to suit everyone's budget.
