Masons Arms

Lunch for 4 today. Nice cozy pub but had to sit close to the back door which was a bit chilly. The menu was acceptable but the specials board was far more interesting. The service was rather slow. The food was acceptable and was very home cooked in its style. Pricing was good and worth adding to the revisit list.

Food has always been good at each of my visits to the mason's. More expensive than the nags head, however from my experience the food at the mason's is always of a good standard.

Oh my, the best burger I have ever tasted. I've been to hundreds of pubs and eaten at all of them. None come close to the food here. Just amazing.

Best pub in mickelover beautiful 300 year old building with the best landlords I have ever met. Food, staff and beer is great

Good, but food was a bit greasey. We won't be returning in a hurry. Drinks were reasonably priced. They did have a real fire which was nice and is dog friendly, this did leaf to a dog taking a dump in the middle of the floor... Yea..

Nice relaxed atmosphere. Great covid measures in place .

Fantastic Sunday roast, veg was fab- not boiled to oblivion! Great portion sizes too and a lovely traditional crumble for pudding. Spot on!
