Family of 3, including an infant, stayed in one of the rooms. It was quite cosy but very run down, no signal or WiFi, bathroom was filthy and nothing in the kitchen worked. After not being able to find anywhere in the village that did food on a Tuesday evening, we bought some pizzas from the coop but couldn't cook them. The owners kindly cooked them in their kitchen for us though and were very polite about it. Very nice people, just need to make a bit more of an effort with what they provide for people.
I like camping, I've been camping a lot. Some places have no facilities at all. Those are better than this site!nnWhile we stayed the toilets kept flooding but drilling holes in the floor may have seemed like a good idea to the owners, watching anything that went in the toilet seep out around your shoes is still very disconcerting!nnThere is one men's cubicle in the toilet block, the other option is some guttering and plastic sheeting which apparently just helps splatter everything back at you.nnThe one good point is that the field is really flat and the grass is good. Which would be great if it weren't so over booked people could drive round safely.
Friendly owners and a great breakfast. Room was clean and ok, I just feel it was overpriced
Brilliant campsite, comfy b and b, friendly atmosphere.
Awful site, horrendous toilets. Worst camping experience in a lifetime of camping
