Have had to go to docs three times in the last few months, always got an appointment within same day, or 2/3 days later if not. All three doctors have been SO wonderful, caring and sympathetic. Have been patient through my tears and reassured me, never made me feel less than their only concern. Can’t thank them enough. Receptionist team also responsive and efficient to a repeat request. So wonderful and reassuring to see the doctors remain kind and courteous throughout what I’m sure is a difficult time for them with such an underfunded service. Thank YOU x
Rubbish, offered an appointment for 2 weeks time. Explained the need for sick note was told I need to see the Dr I have already been to the surgery. First appointment I saw a nurse who I told I had two things to discuss. Discussed the first issue she then gave me a prescription I explained I had something else to discuss and was told I need another appointment.nnThen had to wait twenty minutes to get my prescription signed. Place is a joke last year I was hospitalised and they sent me a link to tell me what was up with me.nnNo option to create a complaint online not very forward thinking. So I now have to call them back to raise a complaint which I will be taking further as they clearly don't care about there patients help I regularly see people in there stating there prescriptions are wrong.
Dr Tomlinson is the best of the best. She always has time and listens to what you have to say and is o helpful and non judgemental.nI moved out the area and refused to move doctors as this surgery goes above and beyond every time.nThere’s only been a couple of times where I’ve had to wait a week or so for an appointment, other than that they are so quick and helpful and can tell they actually care
The nurses absolutely wonderful . They are not only knowledgeable about medical issues but they are so caring for a patient mental health. Amazingly kind people Thank you.
