I haven't been to see a GP in over 5 years! I took time out of work to go and share some legitimate concerns with a Doctor I had not seen before as mine had stopped practicing. The main receptionists manners were horrific simply because I didn't know where I was going, she was so snappy and rude. When I found my doctors office, she was running behind on appointment times. I can't blame Dr Ray for that because she can't stop people coming through the doors. However I can blame her for the way she made me feel for going to see her. I won't share the details but she basically made me feel like I was wasting her time. Me, who hasn't so much as stepped foot in a GP office for better part of a decade! She couldn't have been more disintrested in something which had been affecting me and my work for over 8 weeks. She thought I was wasting her time but ultimately she has wasted mine. I'm still in major discomfort and waiting an appointment at a new GP. Do not go in spitting distance of this waste of government money.

This practice is a joke !!! Especially Dr Ray , doesn’t consider feelings or care about the patient just interested in getting you out the door and next patient in . AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!

This place is a complete joke. Honestly it wants shut down. The amount of times I've been there (and my kids) and they've shoooed me away, for me to end up in hospital is ridiculous. Only one doctor listens and it's impossible to get an appointment with him. Moving to another doctors as had enough!

the receptionists manner is bordering on sarcastic, ideal for anyone with mental health conditions (oj). Get the staff sorted out, cocky bastards
