Beautiful home, could do with more permanent staff in the door but the staff thats there works their backsides off to give them all the care they need 24/7 A family friend lives here and she enjoys it and she too agrees higher staffing levels would help make her stay wonderful

Fantastic experience in this care home. Staff very caring and friendly. And the home manager is so lovely to talk to and will do what she can to help. Some of the staff have been there many years which makes me feel like the staff are happy in their job. In my opinion happy staff give better care.

If you care about your relatives do not touch this home with a barge pole. They have caused my mother to end up seriously ill in hospital two weeks ago through sheer neglect and because the hospital needs the beds which is rightly so they want to release her back home but because we have a complaint in with the home they have thrown a seriously ill 81 year old woman out of her home and surroundings. The place is absolutely appalling and really do not care about their residents. This is not the first issue that we have had with them. Stay well clear! Sadly my mother did not make it out of hospital and died a week after I first posted my review

Wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal never mind a person. Numerous concerns raised with management re lack of basic care and record keeping. Mother ended up in hospital severely dehydrated with internal bleeding . Sadly she did not survive.

Absolutely shocking treatment of mam in this home she was admitted to hospital with severe dehydration and serious chest infection and this was after demanding a doctor twice sadly mam died I would advise to stay well clear of this home.
