Most of the doctors I find very helpful. In a real emergency I have been offered a very quick telephone appointment. My husband has been given excellent treatment after an accident recently. Just wish they would clean with none chemical cleaners which make me so ill.

Rang them every day for 9 days to arrange a medical, and was promised a callback from the secretary every day which never happened. On the 9th day I was finally able to get hold of one of the secretaries, and was told they can't even book me an appointment at all for the foreseeable future, despite this being the sole reason I gave for signing on with them. Utterly appalling service on every level, glad I didn't have a serious condition or I would have probably died while waiting for an appointment

Phoned for urgent appt , after 20 minutes a very unhelpful female answered and told me without any questions the next appointment is 20th February, which is 21 days waiting for an urgent appointment, very poor service, I rarely visit GP and was shocked at waiting time no wonder blood pressure is dangerously high and in need of GP , think it's time to change practice , partner has no waiting time like this at her practice , all in all very disappointing service

Not the best of NHS practices in my opinion. You can never get in touch, the website to book an appointment is not very user friendly and staff during my visits have been unprofessional (openly speaking about peoples health issues and hardly answering phone calls when it rings in front of them). I would strongly recommend visiting or becoming a member of a different practice if you can.
