This is the waiting room for Marlow station. I was there for about 25 minutes around 3:30 on a weekday afternoon and it was amazingly busy. Some people were eating and some others were playing cards. Clearly a place where locals hang out. Friendly service and a nice glass of wine.

Christmas day was magical. Fast food and friendly service. Everything was hot and fresh which must have been difficult with how busy they were. Thank you so much to all the staff who gave us a wonderful meal. Such a lovely pub. 100% would come again.
I mostly like the venue. Warm inviting pub with a great outdoor space. The location is very nice as well. Lots of locals across all ages. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The beer is standard commercial and on the week abv side. I had the signature fish and chips 3/5. Sadly average. It was accompanied by a brown curry sauce that is super good 5/5.
After a horrendous year after losing my mum and grandad nobody felt like cooking on Christmas day but the Marlow Donkey made us feel right at home! Fantastic food. Amazing service and friendly staff. James and the team are a credit to greene king. Thoroughly recommend this pub to anyone in the local area
Very quiet place on a Sunday evening. Staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. The only downside was the food was lacking, there wasn’t a lot too it and could be created at home. No one checked on us while eating and sauce was missing from the starter. Overall, it has a nice atmosphere and great selection of drinks but I wouldn’t return to dine in sadly.
Our meals tasted like surface cleaner or bleach, vile chemical taste. The tomatoes with the steak came cold and had mould on them. The pie was frozen and microwaved, better off buying a stale pie that's been sat at the back of the fridge in a chippy for a few years Next time I'll remember to go there for a few pints but head off to the kebab van if I'm hungry

Really nice pub, quite a decent size with plenty of seating. Great selection of drinks, and the food was spot on, will come here again for sure
Brilliant food staff really great. We had a table of 10 family Christmas party they made us really welcome dressesed the table with crackers served us quickly really good food thank you
