Always a pleasure to visit our local M&S, it's consistently clean, well-stocked, and often has some great offers. The staff are friendly, and there's free parking for customers. Keep up the good work!
The signs for paying the parking fee were not big enough, and so was the payment machine. Got a fine ticket for £50 early discount. The Euro Car Parks is so cheeky! We should boycott this kind of shop because we have already paid a fortune in the food shop! I contacted M&S customers, explained the case, and provided proof of payment, and they refused to help contact ECP. I read on TrustPilots and Facebook that ECP is a legal scammer and M&S is helping them. Never will I shop in this kind of shop again. Cheeky!
Always great products and service from staff at Southgate . Also this morning was given free flowers from the lovely Mariam what a great start to my Sunday. Thanks M&S Southgate!!!
