Visited the store on Sunday, February 15th, and was fortunate to be helped by Andrea at checkout. Wow!nnDespite having customers, Andrea went above and beyond to assist me when I was in need of a shopping cart. She stepped away from her register and personally got me a trolley with a warm smile and a caring heart.nnHer kindness and compassion truly left a lasting impression on me. In a busy world, Andrea is a rare gem who goes the extra mile to help her customers.nnThank you, Andrea, for your incredible generosity and outstanding service. You are truly an amazing asset to this store!
This Aldi is excellent. The vegetables and meat are always fresh, and the store is clean and well maintained. It offers a great selection of quality products, and the staff are professional and friendly. One suggestion would be to add a fresh bakery section — it’s something the area could really have and would likely be very popular.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at this Aldi store. During my visit, I found the shop floor noticeably untidy, and several shelves were empty despite it being the middle of the day. This gave the impression of poor organisation and lack of attention to store standards.nnIn addition, the service at the till was not satisfactory. The employee who served me appeared unprofessional and did not demonstrate a welcoming or helpful attitude and management didn’t care. Customer service is an important part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately this visit did not meet reasonable expectations.nI really advise do not shop in this store.nnI hope management will take this feedback seriously and make improvements to both store maintenance and customer service.
I like this store but staff are not as helpful or friendly as the store in Chingford.nYou used to have to register your car instore, after you finished shopping, to avoid parking charges, but they have now withdrawn that. Maybe they weren't making any money because everyone actually remembered to register! Now the car park is free for 90 minutes.nnAvoid going there on a Friday between 1pm and 2.30pm as the mosque opposite uses the car park so it gets very full.
