Absolutely delighted with the service from Ismahad at Aldi Holloway! She is consistently polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. No matter how busy the store gets, she always greets customers with a friendly smile and goes out of her way to assist. It's clear she takes pride in her work, and it makes a real difference to the shopping experience. A true credit to the team!
Good range of products, the quality is good as well at affordable price.nI love their cheese and herb rolls, they are a good comparison to Subway's Italian bread.nThe only thing is, it can get busy at times, and there's not much room to move around especially when they are restocking during the day.nBut overall, it's a fairly good place to shop, convenient location just a minute walk across Archway tube station.
I do like Aldi as they have some nice quality ranges, but the Aldi in Archway is not one of those. Very limited offerings and almost always only the entry level range available. Often out of supply of what I am after so tend to leave empty handed.
Absolutely disgusting. I am not complaining about homeless person, however have seen him vomit that is human feces and you're right right next to the door entrance. How can you allow that? I understand when people sit and ask for money but using it as a public toilet sleeping area is obviously causing rats attracts all kinds of parasites which then makes me feel like food is contaminated. I know that sounds silly but I just feel physically sick can no longer go in there because of that
Zero star. I got special selected seedless Grapes from this address and my kid ate it and vomited, I went with that moldy grape and I asked this is bad for health and I wanted complain and one of staff told me to see manager. I saw manager and I said about it. But what a manager!!!! I didn't believe what I heard!!! He kept told me ridiculous ridiculous. I said sorry why?? He said because someone ate it!! I said I told you my kid ate it, couldn't you see molds are all over it!!! He said we don't refund!!! I said this is your duty to be polite and refund it so he refund it angrily a'd said don't come again !!!! I never seen such this behaviour and manners from manager!!!! What a pity for his staff who working with him!!! Anyway, I wanted his name, first he denied and then he wrote it down on my receipt.I never believed it, manager be too rude and uncivilised like him to tell customer who has customer rights instead of telling sorry telling you ridiculous ridiculous several times!!!! I don't write his name here. I hope he will change his behaviour and his manners!!!!!!
