Don’t even bother going to this place. Told I can pre book an appointment after having scans. But no. Told I have to ring up at stupid o clock in the morning. And still probably won’t even get an appointment. Then they decide to kick me out of the surgery as I have mental health and they didn’t want to know or even attempt to help. No got to struggle finding a new surgery and go through the process all again.
Can't get an appointment.. the system in place is rediculous.. NHS is ruined.
The service is appalling. Trying to get through on the phone is a complete nightmare 45 calls when your unwell is unacceptable. Getting an appointment should not be so difficult! E-consult service is hit or miss last time I tried to use it the system was not available I was told it was because the surgery was short staffed. Referrals to hospitals are not sent you have to chase all the time. You have to turn up in person to request your first sick paper then return for a second time to collect it even though your hospital discharge summary is on their system stating that you've had abdominal surgery clearly meaning that your going to be very uncomfortable and unable to drive. Their entire system is a sham and the needs of the patient are never put first.
The new system of appointments is the worst. 2 weeks I've been trying to get an appointment. I go to fill the form out and they close it. It's full apparently, at 8:06. I need to see a doctor but what do I do??? 0
Margaret St surgery is the absolute worst. They change the way to get an appointment to econsult which only allows people to use it from 7am - 7.30am. Before that it was queuing outside like animals. I couldn't even get an emergency appointment when 111 professional advised that the surgery should fulfill this. I would not advise anyone to join this shambles of a practice. Wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to give at least 1 star.
