I have been a patient here almost from the time it first opened with Dr Rai as my dentist, an absolute charming and kind man. I've never had a bad experience even when having a tooth removed! His technique of injecting into the roof of the mouth is brilliant, unlike an experience with my previous dentist who seemed to be forcing the needle into the bone. I completely trust Dr Rai to do what's best for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
One of the worst dentist practices I have encountered ever. Very bad just generally with people, receptionists are either rude and unhelpful, or manipulative. The dentist himself did not offer a full range of treatments, did not explain options, did not explain what he was about to do properly either. I cannot recommend this dentist on any level at all. Totally unprofessional.
Can't speak highly enough of this practice. The treatment I received from Dr Juj Rai was excellent and and i am delighted with the result. I was nervous at first but put at ease and was involved in decision making from the beginning of the treatment. A friendly, professional practice that i would highly recommend. Thank you Dr Rai, you gave me my smile back.
I've been going to see Dr Nik Patel for many years now and had a few implants. Nik is a fantastic dentist with a very enthusiastic personality. Nik really can make dreams come true and you can tell he enjoys his job..The staff are also very warm and welcoming. A really lovely practice to visit where everyone puts you at ease.
Previously I received emergency treatment by a lovely dentist in this practice which he elevated my fear of dentists however on seeing this dentist Nick Patel it was like a scene from a horror movie ! My teeth granted need work but due to covid and my practice closing I have been unable to get a dentist no matter how hard I try . This man wanted to rip out my teeth , he was rude obnoxious and down right cruel ! He purposely treated my tooth initially without anaesthetic knowing full well my nerve on that tooth was exposed and I jumped in the chair flinching in pain .Instead of apologising he just said “I told you your tooth needed to come out the nerves exposed” As though this vindicated his actions . Only then did he give me an aesthetic and roughly carried on treating me !!!!! After what seemed like an eternity he finally finished ! Then before I left decided to have a go further saying “ That treatment won’t last ! Your teeth need a dentist right “ I told him “what do you think I’m trying to do ! I have been without a dentist years and no one’s taking on ! I flew out of there . He is the first dentist to have me in floods of tears and anyone who knows me knows I don’t cry easily . However this dentist had me in floods of tears and inconsolable!!! My advice - STAY WELL AWAY FROM “NICK PATEL”
