Awful terrible place, last time my experience was positive and helpful. This time I went due to personal reasons, I was with a pregnant woman who was working there. This woman was the worst help maybe in wales or the uk. She was constantly rude with me and didn’t seem to care to help. This woman I think shouldn’t have a job there but be seeking help as no person with that attitude should be working in healthcare for vulnerable people. I left feeling worse than when I got there, an awful experience on top of what was supposed to be “help”.
