I've used the Ammanford branch now for the last 3 years and have found them very professional and helpful also they allways get my prescription spot on
Please stop texting, Jane visited to her annual eye test on Tuesday and since then you have sent no fewer than five text messages. The are not needed and are an intrusion.
Fantastic service I cannot recommend these enough. The optician took time to explain and suggest options for me then the assistant walked me through the frame choosing process and could not have been more helpful and friendly. Both office girls were more than happy to help, nothing was too much trouble for all 3. Already had my email to say my lenses have been ordered. Totally professional x

Going to get my eyes check fills me with anxiety not sure why but I was made to feel welcome. The experience was calm and everything was explained to me clearly. Excellent service. Would 100% recommend
The optician I saw was very friendly and extremely helpful and professional. So was the sales staff member that helped me after my eye test she spent a good amount of time with me and helped me choose glasses that suited my face and weren’t too big etc. I have to say I would recommend Vision Express Ammanford to anyone in the area that is looking to visit an options.
A really professional experience with lovely friendly staff. As COVID restrictions still apply, and very few customers in the shop, I was spoilt by the attention the staff gave me. Would definitely recommend.
Very disappointed with service. They shouldn't even get 1 star. My son has been called for routine vision check up appointment. Lady from vision express has change appointment date 3 times and when finally we had visit, man stated that they have to take someone without queue, so he told us to wait till they finish with ''out of queue'' client. As a final result of this appointment he said that they do not offer late afternoon appointments and none on Saturdays. I have just checked they website, they should work until 7pm.
