Difficult to get hold of, calls never returned. Odd set up, think “Acorn Antiques”. On a positive note, there is total consistency in the quality of service like all other health and social care services in Wales.
Worked for MIhomecare for 3 years on fulfilled lives, visiting people in the early stages of dementia, found the fellow key workers very easy to get on with, the office staff, supervisors and managers were always friendly and helpful when you needed to call in the office or phone them.
Had to leave company due to personal problems found helen to be very understanding and was even told theyll keep my position open if i ever wanted to return! Ive worked for many companies over 30yrs and this particular one is very supportive. Amazing carers and great clients . Wage not great but unless your a private carer it never will be . Gill x
Not a professional company, awful place to work. Management is poor
An absolute cowboy outfit!
Don't ever use this company. The worst place to work and even poorer customer care
