The breakfast was ok but the hot chocolate was horrid. It was way to hot and not enough chocolate.

I'm sure it was a one off but poor customer service. I got asked what salad I wanted on my sub, and when I told her she started arguing with a co-worker about what bread should be going in the oven and ignored me. A minute later a colleague came to finish my order. But it's Christmas and busy so I'd still try here again.
