Been going to this guys store, for a very long time now. If it's repairable, he will repair it. If its not repairable, he will try and repair it anyway. Usually successfully. His prices are very reasonable considering the level of service you get. This is a TRUE bike shop, not just a shop that sells bikes.

Dont mess about fitted my road bike with campag groupset within a day ,definitely better and more efficient than alot of others ,thanks guys

Replaced my fixed gear cog and chain for me. Great service, bike is flying now. Even put some bar end plugs in my handle bars free of charge! Excellent shop imo.

I won't use any other cycle shop anymore as these guys do a great job with all my bikes. I have just completed lands end to John o Groats and my bike worked perfectly after having it serviced at the cycle exchange. Great service and lots of good banter.

MCE provides excellent service and value for money. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them for any or all repairs on my Marin (or other bike if I owned one). A great community shop. Ignore the nationals and support local.
