Paid them to do one simple job. Replace the brake light bulb on my sprinter van. They did indeed replace the bulb but they forgot to screw the light unit back in place and so now it's fell off and I am driving around illegally and it's gonna cost me over 100 GBP to replace it. Don't trust these minimum wage morons with your vehicle they are pond life. Useless!

The Bike Hut Manager was friendly informative and efficient. Did a comprehensive "M Check" to ensure my bike was booked in and had the right service. Incidentally I purchased a Bike Care Plan at £25 for a whole year, which was an absolute treasure. This enabled me to have an end of year Silver Service worth £80 for FREE! I highly recommend considering purchasing a Care Plan as it does exactly what it says with NO HIDDEN COSTS. Overall a good visit

Halfords is what it is, it's handy but overpriced. Their fitting prices are a rip off too.

Offered a fitting service at a reasonable price, but not asked to pay until after the fitting. After the fitting it became clear why, as the price had jumped to an absurd level I would never have agreed to.
