Outstanding customer service! I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase a new bicycle. Good old fashioned customer service which seems to be in short supply these days.  They made me feel that my custom was valued.

My new bike arrived the day after I ordered it and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I had an issue securing the front mudguard and contacted Parkers by email. Andy in Aftersales came back to me and couldn't have been more helpful and patient. After a couple of phone calls and photos it turned out to be "user error "..... Andy explained what I needed to do and backed it up with a photo to help.  When I rotated the wheel 180 degrees I had to unscrew the handlebars and managed to lose a part which was entirely my fault. I contacted Andy again and asked if I could purchase the part I needed, but he wouldn't hear of it and posted what I needed in the post which arrived the next day. It's finally fully assembled and been out on its maiden voyage.  I love my new bike.

Placed order via their eBay site. Only to tell me the product is unavailable. Very poor.
Especially when you needs the part for a certain date. Be warned.

I had a problem! It is one of my sons birthday's in a matter of days and at the last minute he had his heart set on an item that was only in a small amount of stores. The problem was that waiting for delivery would of been past his birthday for arrival. Then, I saw that Parkers Of Bolton sold the same item. I rang them and they said they would have it the next day for collection. Within 24 hours I had the item for my sons birthday brand new and for less than the large department stores.
Excellent service!

 Definitely use Parkers if they have what you need and you'll probably get it for cheaper too....
