4th September 2017. My own Doctors used to have drop in every weekday morning. Fantastic, worked well, so well in fact that they stopped it. Telford Shopping centre had a drop in centre. Until they closed it. Probably far too popular. My own Doctor has given me an appointment in 4 WEEKS so decided to go to the Princess Royal drop in centre. Guess what. It closed in August. I find it very, very hard to believe it was because it was underused. Just why have we got this third world health service? Despite what you read it is NOT lack of money. According to figures I can find the NHS costs every taxpayer an average of £5000. I have left one star only because the 'post' button is disabled it I leave no stars.

We moved to the area so weren't registered when my little boy got very wheezy. Amazing service, amazing staff and was seen within an hour. Very reassuring to know that we have such an amazing service on our doorsteps that we can turn to without having to go to the hospital.

Good for if you can't get in your own doctors just drop in sometimes you have to wait. Situated in the princess royal hospital but have their own car park which is free.

I am a registered patient here my wife had to call paramedics out last night due to me having a fit and passing out advised to see doctors next day 14th january 2017, when rang to get an appointment I was told the next available appointment wasn't until 8th of February. No wonder people end up going to A&E with minor illness. I must invest in a crystal ball so I know when I'll be taken ill next.

My own gp had no available appointments and i needed medical advice. At the centre a receptionist clearly and politely explained how long i would have to wait and why. I was seen by a gp who listened carefully, was thorough, kind and empathic - i didn't feel like i had to rush. I can't praise her highly enough. I was so relieved that I was seen when i felt so ill and they were so busy.
