After Years of training in leisure centres, this gym has been a major step up for me in all aspects: -They have a huge Range of equipment to hit every last muscle. (I now have no excuse to skip calves as they have 5 machines for the bloody things) -Extremely Motivating environment with loads of athletes and experienced gym users around, all of which are friendly! -Owners are great and always up for a chat. -Gym has a homely, community feel rather than stepping into a commercial gym where everyone is in their own world trying to get in and out as quick as possible. -Cheaper monthly costs than all my previous gyms which offered half the equipment and experience. If you can find a better gym in the South i'd be surprised!

This is without a doubt a gym with the best facilities in Dorset. The staff and owners are extremely knowledgeable around fitness, bodybuilding and nutrition.

Best gym in the south west, amazing equipment even better free weights. Atmosphere is insane would recommend to anyone who is serious about training.
