The Gym Group - Bournemouth Great facility, very good selection of helpful machines. The Guym was extremely busy at 7pm last night so we had to queue 1in, 1out. New Manager very helpful and welcoming. Was my first time going, found it very invigorating and now considering g membership !! Picture not taken last night. Thanks Julian
They sell Supplement and Nutrition products cheaper than Amazon, eBay or any online shop. I always buy from them ABE preworkout, Applied Nutrition ISO XP and Fat burners . Now they have offere on Mutant Madness preworkout for £13.99 and 2 For £25.
I bought a subscription, but my pin doesn't work and I can't get into the gym. I tried to contact someone from the service but no one comes despite using the bell ... The helpline says that there is no possibility of contact by phone or email, you have to write on socials xd They do not answer, terrible customer service. I pay for subscriptions and I can't use the gym....
Unfortunately as a member I cannot recommend it. Any time any machine gets broken it awaits fixing for months. Today I went in for my usual workout. Outside temperature is -5° . When I came into the gym/changing room the temperature inside literally terrified me it was that cold. When I asked one of the staff what is going on he started to explain that there is a breakdown which I understand but when asked how long will it take to fix it he replied that he doesn't know....which amazed me. My workout was total catastrophe not a drop of sweat with top level intensity. It was literally COLD. The outcome is that for next at least two days or until the temperatures go up I will not be going there as you could literally get ill. Thanks The Gym.

Very nice place to workout, all the equipments needed are there, very well organised, very professional stuff. Special thanks to Emma who helped explore the place today, she was so patient and informative, was lovely meeting her. Thanks again
Equipment are broken for more than month and this is not a first time, no drinking water as well… Probably one of the worst gym in Bournemouth.
I workout here, it's a very nice gym, well equipped with an inspiring environment.
The gym was closed for two days for renovation. and what they renewed was the layout…. abdomen machine broken for more than 3 months, torn appliances, lack of material to clean the appliances remain the same. Maybe the mkt team was wrong, because what brings customers to the gym is not the layout, but equipment working properly…
It's a nice gym and a better price, but doesn't have parking.
