At BourneFit Personal Training Studio we offer a range of fitness solutions to suit your needs. We are more than the average Bournemouth Gym, with dedicated workouts designed to be effective and fun. There is a choice of Group Personal Training and 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions with no Gym Membership required. Simply book sessions as you need and we'll do the rest!
We appreciate the gym is not for everyone! Our aim is to make the experience as enjoyable as possible, at the same time educating you to how it works. We also look to find activities that you relish outside the gym, offering 'homework' and support the days you're away from BourneFit
