Lifewise Gym has seen as complete refurbishment over the last year. The Gym is a key part of the YMCA’s drive to promote a healthier lifestyle for all and offers excellent facilities at an affordable price.

- An extensive range of Free Weights equipment, Olympic Bar Lifting, NEW Dumbbell sets up to 50KG, Power Rack and Smith Machine

- Fitness advice on hand
In addition to the Fitness Centre, the Sports Hall can be hired for games such as Badminton and Football.
