I have recently joined the surgery and honestly can't say enough about the level of service I have received. The staff on reception although obviously very busy and put under immense pressure each day are friendly,informative and always willing to help. (Service with a smile) The waiting times have always seemed minimal whenever I have turned up for an appointment which is always helpful. I can honestly say the staff at this surgery from reception right through to the doctors act with the utmost professionalism and kindness and are eager to help with any issue.

Surgery was quick, effective and uses automated machine for height, blood pressure and weight, very effective.

Awful awful doctors surgery, I have had a couple of issues now that I have complained about only to receive snotty letter's back in the post accepting no liability OR apology at all and turned it round to say I was rude back ..... I was in hospital with meningitis and my consultant and registrar looking after me advised me to have my children checked over by my local GP just to be on the safe side none of my children had symptoms but was told my GP should accommodate them. I called my doctors first thing at 08:30 on a Saturday morning as I had been admitted the night before and explained the situation the doctor on duty refused to see my 3 children under 5 and said that it wasn't practice policy and that they had to go to A&E ?? even though they had appointments available as I would of been seen If I hadn't explained the reason why ....appalling I rang 3 times and was very very poorly in hospital at this point, very stressed at the possibility of my children being sick no one would see them and I did raise my voice when they refused to see my kiddies I also did ask what doctor was on and where she was from .... 3 weeks after getting out of hospital and raising my concern with CQC they wrote to me giving me a warning for the way I spoke to them and for asking where the GP was from .... ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A DOCTORS, THEY ARE RUDE, UNACOMMADATING, IN SENSITIVE AND NOT VERY KNOWLAGABLE ' they should of understood the situation' AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

I have not been with the practice very long but can honestly say I've found the Dr's n reception staff very helpful. I have needed advice and treatment very quickly n got it with no hassle.

Doctors are great but the ladies on reception are terrible. .they talk to you like crap look down at you and think they are doctors I've been going there since I was born n now I'm 42 and have had major surgery on my arm through a bmx accident and the docs have been exellent but the reception have decided to now say I live to far away. ..funny that I've lived her for the last 20 years ...I've spoke to the doctors and have no problem with this. ..just the receptionist
