Needs to cease reducing the means a person can complain about poor service, to letter writing. There is something undignified about not being able to talk to people and resolve issues. This is Britain, creating stumbling blocks for people who already were at the low point and needed help. (Its 2017, can we use email please).

This surgery has not let me see the same doctor, and has now twice turned me away without a referal to adult autism services.

Folow up. Nothing has been done. No contact from the doctor. No referal to a proper service for adults with autism. Going through the last 2 weeks of my wifes pregnancy, and expected help at a time like this, especially with depression. This Practice is letting people down in their time of need.

Good luck getting an appointment. Whole service is designed around people who don't work.
