So fed up of this surgery. Lazy receptionists with no communication skills. Constantly have to see different doctors that do not read medical notes. Awful and uncomfortable decor. Also find it bizarre that pregnant ladies have to see the midwife up the very steep stairs - with no lift access.

If I could have given this surgery a zero rating I would!! Asthma nurse putting the phone down on you and talking over you constantly!!Being spoken to like a two year old! Prescriptions being refused for asthma inhalers for a child! Having being diagnosed as t2 diabetic and not having any follow up appointments,blood sugar levels or dietary information being given! AVOID THIS SURGERY AT ALL COSTS!!! Their telephone manner leaves a lot to be desired

I have been a patient here for 15 years. Since they were taken over by Buckshaw surgery, the service has gone terrible. Lost prescriptions and a different doctor every time you go, are just a few of the problems. I am changing Doctors tomorrow.
