Great pub quiz on a Monday night. Typical lounge pub decor which is just like you to expect perfect. Staff are friendly. There’s a good variety of beer on tap. I did didn’t eat so I couldn’t comment on that. They are a pet friendly. They also child friendly - I never some young children present that were sprinting through the restaurant and making a lot of noise - which made it difficult to hear the quiz questions at times. Parking can be a little bit tricky. Free street parking from 7 pm.
Quite small for a Loungers compared to some of the ones I've visited.nVery good food, but beer selection could be better.nI had the Korean chicken and half a beer for under £14. My nephew enjoyed his burger. £4 for a cola seemed steep.nInteresting roof terrace.nTip: be careful washing your hands in the gents. The torrent is akin to a small Niagra Falls.
Great experience- dog friendly and catering for what looked like all dietary needs.nnStaff friendlynnGluten free has its own separate menu on request at the bar which is very comprehensive. They mark up the dishes as GF when serving so no mix ups. Pictures attached show the gf burger looks and tasted great with no difference to main menu.nnFantastic and thank you!
This place is amazing.. Amazing workers super friendli and ready to help you all the time. The food is amazing and you have a big menu from wher you can choose.nAnd veri important is DOG friendly what i love
We ate on Wednesday lunch and it was truly atrocious, appalling and disgraceful value.nBarely edible tuna panini, no rice, no sweet potatoes, a waitress who was so disinterested it was no surprise she hadn’t bothered to find out what the soup of the day was …….nI made this clear on the corporate website but they didn’t bother to reply.nShame to see a business left to disintegratenSo I really wouldn’t bother going there if you’re over 20, lousy value and a lousy experience.
