Story

Join us for exceptional brasserie style dining in the heart of Bournemouth. With our panoramic glass fronted building, stylish art deco interior, heated terraces and town centre location; it’s the place on everyone’s lips.

Our stunning NEO Lounge, with its island bar, soft seating and chilled out vibe is the perfect meeting hub for that pre or post evening cocktail, after work drink or daytime rendez-vous.

Really disappointed with this restaurant. We visited last night, booked online and it advised they needed the table back by 7.45pm (which was fine as we had a show to get too) we didn't seem to have a dedicated waiter / waitress, we were not offered the specials menu, had to chase drink orders, we were only asked if we wanted a drink once throughout our meal, no condiments offered, meals put down and the waitress disappeared. I had finished my main before my husband managed to get hold of another waiter to ask for mustard, then they bought the wrong one. We were not offered desserts, and had to ask for the bill twice. Really really poor service, the venue itself looks lovely, and our mains were nice, but for the price you pay I really did expect better service. Really disappointing as this was a special occasion, needless to say we would not recommend this restaurant nor shall we be returning.

If I had to rate it on the views the the design I would give it a 5 star. This service was nice but the food was to me personally not acceptable. I understand fine dinning but there comes a point were enough is enough. The portions were tiny and my self and girlfriend left were expecting a touch more.

As ever the best staff and best food in Bournemouth. If I want a good cocktail, or a good meal this is the place I choose. It's not cheap but it's VFM.

Went for anniversary dinner with my boyfriend and honestly it was such a lovely experience. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and also our lovely waitress Marie was a superstar. From the experience we had in there, cannot find a fault. Also for an upscale restaurant, the price was very reasonable.

Great Service and the Meal I had was absolutely brilliant. Lovely atmosphere and great cocktails. Would definitely go again.
