As always, fantastic service, great food and made to feel very welcome. Been coming here when I'm around since it opened. Generous portions of very well made, very tasty and we'll priced food. The beer is great and most importantly it's consistently good. Guaranteed that when you come you get the same great food, drink and service. Come here - it's awesome!
I love this place! It has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere yet the decor, food and service give a fine dining experience. This is my fifth trip to Miri's, it has always been really good but today they excelled themselves! The service was excellent! Our waiter was very attentive but never intrusive. We opted for a bottle of prosecco and the waiter topped up our glasses throughout out lunch. The bread and olives starter was delicious as always. I had Chicken Saute which was exquisite, my companion had the Chicken Schnitzel which was lovely and was accompanied by chips and salad that had a dressing that was perfectly matched to the leaves. Pudding was Eton Mess. Crushed meringue with chantilly cream, juicy marinaded berries, white chocolate and chopped roasted hazelnuts, absolutely scrumptious. Thank you to the Chef for producing such a wonderful meal for us and thank you to our waiter who made our trip to Miri's very special!
Had Christmas Dinner at this restaurant 2 years in a row. The premises are tidy and quaint and the staff are extremely kind. Portion sizes are ideal and the taste of the food is of a high standard. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Bournemouth.
Very friendly personal, great food and nice restaurant! The shared hot Camembert starter with garlic was already showing the great tastes we would have to expect as main courses. I enjoyed the pan fried salmon, my wife the risotto and the very picky kids the schnitzel and the chicken sauté. Everything was really great! Absolutely worth the money, thanks Miri's team for the lovely evening!! Almost too good to share this tip with others but since this is where I got it from ... ;-
This is a restaurant very close to Bournemouth Square. It focuses on Germanic/Eastern European food. Dishes are freshly cooked and there is always a dish - of -the- day which is very much reflects a home cooked Eastern European meal. Prices are reasonable for the area. Service is excellent. Go before it becomes even more popular
We booked lunch for four people today. The service was slow and thoughtful, Martin the waiter has great. The food was beautifully presented and even better to eat. I would definitely recommend and go again if I was in Bournemouth.
A little hidden gem. You do pay more than in common pub, but the food is worth it. Typical eastern European food and excellent Czech beer that I have enjoyed too much with a friend of mine. Still, we could walk out on our own after 6 hours of being there - that counts, right? :D
