We believe that great food should be enjoyed, not revered, and have created a
restaurant to reflect that philosophy. 2AA Rosette, award winning restaurant, serving imaginative local food sourced within a 50mile radius. Two seafood dishes change daily to give you the best of what's been caught that day.
From daily deliveries of organic farm
assured produce and artisan specialities to some of the UK’s finest fish and
shellfish, fresh from the trawlers, at Arbor we’re passionate about bringing you
truly local flavour. In the hands of Head Chef Andy Hilton and his team, these
great ingredients are transformed into dishes that effortlessly blend the classic
with the contemporary.
