Out for daughter's 21st birthday celebrations with friends and family. Party of 11. Good service and friendly staff with no long waits. Food was first class. Nice and hot and delicious taste. Can recommend the traditional lasagne. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening thanks to the brilliant atmosphere.

We found a bit of a blue rubber glove in our food. Not good, but they took the rogue item off the bill, and offered us a drink on the house. The serving staff were nice but thin on the ground. I get the impression it's not a happy ship behind the scenes. Prezzo is a good reliable brand, but this outlet is IMHO below the average Prezzo. Bournemouth has lots of dining options and we will probably try somewhere else next time. The Owners/Managers need to raise their game.

Lots of bright seaside light streaming into this first floor restaurant when we visited before going to the Pavilion Theatre in February. Great location, close to the sea front and the usual excellent Prezzo quality of food and service.

Went on Sunday lunchtime with a group of 10. Everyone seemed pleased with their food. Good service and we had a 30% discount voucher which made it even better! Impressed that the waitress didn't bat an eyelid when we settled with 5 different bank cards.

The food was beautiful, service was great & very efficient. Nice atmosphere.
