Purchased 4 skeins of yarn from Loza Wool to be shipped during level 5 lockdown in January 2021. The order was filled and shipped within 1 business day. I received a tracking number and had my order in my hands 3 days after purchasing! Really phenomenal turn around time please note I am also within Dublin. Additionally, the yarn was packaged well, wrapped in a plastic bag to prevent any damage. Pricing was fantastic! They definitely have a wide selection of yarn that costs less, but doesn't skimp on quality. As a student, my budget can often be small, but I was able to find exactly what I needed from Loza well within my price range they also have a decent color selection in many yarns! Shipping was also a flat rate for within Ireland which is also excellent. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and ready to start my next knitting project thanks to Loza Wool!!
This is a brilliant shop.. Maureens customer service is fantastic. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble. She even hand delivered my purchases which I made by phone, when we realised I couldn't make covid store opening times. I thoroughly recommend this shop. So friendly, so helpful. Can’t believe I didn’t know about this yarn shop before - they stock quite a bit of adrafil and drops brands as well as others. Very helpful with queries also.
