Had the pleasure of dealing with Sara in the Clondalkin shop today. She was so helpful listening to what is was we wanted and talked us through lots of options. She went above and beyond making sure she got the best resort at the best price for us. I would definitely recommend paying Sara and her team a visit for a very friendly, very efficient service.
FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE On Friday last, when booking a holiday online, I encountered a self made problem. I phoned TUI and spoke with Sara in TUI'S Clondalkin Travel Shop. Sara went beyond and above all to solve my self made problem. After trying several avenues she contacted Head Office and phoned me on Monday advising my problem had been resolved. Sara was attentive, knowledgeable, very patient and a pleasure to deal with. She also sent me very useful resort and transport information. Sara, many thanks to you and your colleague in Head Office for resolving my self made problem.
Very pleased with our experience..Mary was more than helpful including knowledge of our destination, insights day trips..she even showed to manage our booking on the app and gave us the best price possible for our budget..highly recommended

My wife and I went to the TUI office in Clondalkin today. We were looking for a good holiday in April. Elaine delt with all our queries and gave us some great options and special offers. We found Elaine very friendly to deal with and very informative. We're of a certain age, and Elaine had great time for us, she went through everything with us, so we booked there and then. Was our first time booking with this tui store. I rang them to ask a question about there online offers. Elaine was more than helpful on the phone. Talked me through everything for our family holiday next year. We ended up booking it over the phone with Elaine. Excellent girl to deal with. Would highly recommend.
