Absolute kip of a shop ,never answer phone an when they do they hang up ,no customer service or common courtesy
Young lads behind the counter would want to take a course in customer service. Ignorant and unapologetic to a lady who was standing beside me. She had ordered schoolbooks online and came to collect only to be told it would be another week and if she didn't like it then she can have a refund. Her kid starts on Monday now with no books. I was in the line and lady who was next kindly let me go ahead as she was dealing with her son. Fella behind the counter ignored me and went to another customer. Waited for the other young lad to finish with another customer but he ignored me to and beckoned to the customer behind me. Never been treated so appallingly in any store. Won't be back. Ending up driving 10 mins down the road to Knocklyon and got my books there.
Nice place to buy school books. However, bit busy these days.
Staff are soo helpful and friendly. If they don't have it they'll do their best to get. My favourite office and art Supply stop.

Had placed an order and 3 working days later still did not receive any confirmation of my order. I emailed to cancel my order and did not receive a reply within a week so emailed again. I simply received a reply saying my refund had been processed with no apology as to why my order had not been processed especially when the money had been taken from my account. I will not be ordering from this company again.
Great stationery shop. Staff were very helpful. Will definitely be back again.

The guys are under pressure a week before schools back but are running a good show up there.
