Really gone down hill the last year or so. Extremely slow in taking you to the airport and picking up which makes for anxious waits and frustration - no sense of urgency or professionalism. Even had cars blocking me in when I've returned! Overall, a very poor service which after many years, I'll not be using again.
Email en route to parking stated that the car park was closed and our money would be refunded. Panic!!! Tried various options locally but all fully booked. Eventually got park spot cost us a small fortune for 9 days duration of our holiday. Totally unacceptable.nDo not book here. Be warned.
Don’t use this car park, it’s takes at least 30-40 mins to get to the airport once you have arrived. They then take ages to collect. On return by car was blocked by two other cars which they had to move. Took me over 1 hr to leave for home. Would not use again
If I could give zero I would do it. Terrible service. If you want to wait for the bus more than half an hour to take you back to the car park then book with this company. Otherwise, you will be better with NCP car park. While waiting for the bus for over 30 min we saw NCP bus coming and going at least 4 times. While ours was on the way as told over the phone the 3 times we called I am guess was coming from Glasgow no way it can take them 30 min to go from the car park to The airport.
Great place to park your car, all staff friendly and helpful, best to book direct with them
