I've had two terrible experiences with this company in the last two weeks - sorry to say I will not be back again now. Returned from a trip to Rome two weeks ago to find my car very muddy and dirty - on the inside - which I decided to charitably put down to the fact that this particular car park is gravel-based. Now having returned this evening from Krakow to some frankly appalling customer service, I find my car not ready for collection and that I am furthermore accused of making an error with the booking myself - this error of course is not the car park's fault but the customer's. As a businessman and regular traveler this is simply not good enough, and the appalling service currently offered at Flying Scot Edinburgh is more than enough to make this customer look elsewhere in the very near future.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! Customer service is diabolical. When returning from holiday my car was not available as promised and advertised. I was told by a rude member of staff just to get a taxi home as my car was not in the vacinity and he was not dealing with it. I point blank refused and asked him to collect my car which he complained about and stormed out to do so. This experience was upsetting and spoilt my break. I will never return to the Flying Scot, the business is appalling!!!

Shocking service. Won't be using again. Waited 25 mins in snow on Wednesday 4th March. No apology or explanation. One minibus arrived with "Flying Scot" on front, driver was extremely rude - shouting "I am not for Flying Scot". Then an identical minibus arrived and driver couldn't care less that we all waited so long.

Shocking Customer Service - Crying Scot!! Do not use Flying Scot Edinburgh!! My daughter and her friend used Flying Scot Edinburgh yesterday, the staff are so rude and unhelpful - car not ready for collection and staff so rude - Horrific service do not use this place

6th january 21.30 roughly.like to thank the driver who took us all back to the flying scot.poor sod was chocked with cold but he was still helpfull and lifted cases on for us hope he is better now and thanks for the couple of cough sweets you gave me.
