Great price for a week's parking and hassle free. No problem with ticket as automatic and buses to airport every 10 minutes. Will use again for sure.
Upon returning from holidays we found out that our car's battery was completely flat. The staff member unfortunately we didn't get his name went above and beyond to help us get the car running. He spend over an hour in the cold and freezing weather. Any other person would have given up but he didn't! Thank you so much. You were amazing!
Arrived and the park on the left had a sign saying "full, use park opposite". We went round the park on the right a couple of times and it was full too. Luckily a couple were walking to their car and we managed to get their space. But after we were parked there were another 2 cars looking for a space. No staff to see to give help. Also as mentioned in another review, the shuttle bus is now shared so the park is only 4-5 minutes from the airport but it takes 10-15 minutes for the bus to pick everyone up Hard to recommend a car park when they don't have spaces available when you have booked and paid months in advance
Excellent. Easy to use. You take your ticket and car keys. Short bus service ride to airport. Bus was there waiting for us at 2am on our return. Half the cost of other airport car parks. Have used before and would definitely again.
Paid £33.87 for 16 day parking and on exit was charged an extra £16 for 5 hour overstay on day 16. So not a daily rate. Will not be using this car park again.
Brilliant service, good price if booked in advance. We always add extra time in case we are delayed. However we were delayed for even longer than could have been accounted for. We were expecting a massive bill - and although we booked in advance so had email confirmation - we lost the ticket. When we got there we were greeted with ‘hope you had a good trip’ no extra fee as there is a leeway in case you are delayed. Thank you - definitely be back
Not my first choice at Edinburgh as some of the spaces can be a challenge to park a large suv and then get out of it. However they were best on price for 3 weeks in July and they now share a large bus with the company next to them rather than the previous small mini bus. All in all a good experience and lucky space next to me was empty so got in and out the space with ease
Great easy access car park close to the airport. Regular bus service.
The best price and no problems with parking or bus pickup on return. Also no extra charge due to hours delay on flight back to Edinburgh
