The first time flying from Edinburgh and also using this service. And what an excellent service that is provided. Easy to locate with the information provided. Then pickup by bus and at airport in minutes. On return from holiday the bus awaiting at the designated stance for you to collect your vehicle. One happy traveller. Thanks.
Great service, number plate recognition on arrival then bus stops throughout the car park area for convenience to travellers. Keep car keys on you. Drop off and pick up at since H as sign posted just outside the main terminal. Only a few minutes to wait on bus picking up for return journey to car park.will defo recommend. Great price too.
Great service! Friendly and helpful staff. You enter their car park, find an empty bay, take your car keys walk to various on/off bus shelters and take the free bus to the airport. Simple! Ask the driver about the arrangements for your return or remember the bus bay you were dropped off at just now - March 2022 - it is bay 3. On your return if the bus is not waiting in the bay, phone the number as shown on the notice at the bus stop and the bus will come to collect you.
Hassle free and easy to use. Easy to find on arriving at the airport. Reliable regular shuttle bus to take you the few minutes to the terminal and back. Our flight home was a bit late and I was pleased not to be charged extra. Would use again.
I have booked with Secure Airparks Edinburgh for many years but the increase cost now is unacceptable I appreciate businesses have been hit hard during covid but to pass all the costs onto loyal customers is poor. I arrived to park my car over the weekend and was met by a member of staff informing me car park was full and I was required to park in an adjacent “overflow “ car park which had no obvious security or barriers that wasn’t what I paid for.
Not used previously but will be my regular from now on and highly recommend. Bus service exc and parking facilities exc. due to plane disruptions I was quite late in collection of car when offered payment was not accepted . In this day and age a very pleasant experience. Look no further for parking for airport. Many thanks to all staff I encountered.
Handy location close to the terminal, only a few minutes drive on the free shuttle bus and cheaper than terminal parking. I had a problem with my van and Gordon in the office was really helpful, directing me to local shops so I could get something to eat while I waited for the mechanic and letting me leave keys so the recovery driver could pick the van up the next day without me having to stay in Edinburgh overnight.
I have used Secure Airparks at EDI for over 15 years & considered them the best. Just tried to book for 2 weeks in October. £88. Last year a similar booking was £41. This is an increase of over 115%. This is pure greed & yet another example of price gouging. Shame on you Secure Airparks
Really good. Only recommendation would be that if the bus doesn't come in like 10 minutes there js a mobile number you need to ring not the one beginning in 0131, because I didn't know this and ended up walking back to the car park. Maybe it would be helpful to put that as a message on the other telephone when it isn't answered or on the online FAQs
Outstanding service. Secure car park, shuttle bus right to the terminal, and picked up as well effortlessly. Surprised at how brilliantly this went. Don't park at Edinburgh airport, park with secure airparking for half the price
