We visited the spa for a twilight 5-9 session. The staff couldn’t have done more to be welcoming and helpful. The facilities are spotless and there is a really good range of experiences. It was more fun and interesting than a typical spa, through the range of rooms and themes and lighting and smells!. I would love to visit again, I felt completely relaxed by it.
A fantastic experience overall. We stayed the night in one of the luxury suites, which was amazing, nice and spacious, very considered design. Initially we explored the spa, then lunch, then more spa, then a relaxing massage, then relaxed in the suite, then dinner. All in all it was a much needed relaxing getaway in lovely surroundings. Thanks to all.
Absolutely first class service.. Right from the lovely reception ladies to the massage therapists. It is a little expensive but definitely worth it. The Twilight Spa is what my wife and i went for as a birthday present. Highly recommended. The various types of spas are amazing as well as the heated outdoor pool. There is also a cafe inside which serves lovely food.
From the moment we arrived at the entrance all the staff were so polite and helpful. An outstanding spa day and should definitely be a must to try out. We did a full day with breakfast and lunch included both of which were really tasty. So may different types of relaxing rooms to try out, heated water beds, outdoor swimming pool and more. Will be booking again
Second visit, very enjoyable once again. I think the area for improvement is the restaurant. Firstly the service is very slow, we waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees and over 30 minutes for our lunch, which had been forgotten! I also think the menu could do with more variety and some more substantial options. We had a sharing platter which was very small for the price, we could easily have eaten one each and we're both very small people lol! Other than this it's a lovely place, immaculate and lots to keep you entertained.
A visit on the last day of our Centre Parcs visit. This spa was immaculate, we were greeted by a member of staff who gave us an overview. The facilities were well laid out and although some repetition in the spas this allowed plenty of choice even in the busier times. The outdoor pool was great backed onto the woods and the cafe offered plenty of choice. I will be visiting this facility again.
Tried to book online, it refused payment 4 times, so rang to complete. But as this was the last spa day for 2 it was unavailable over the phone and was told I needed to pay for individual ones, but no discount would be given. Not my fault your payment system wasn’t working online. Then couldn’t book treatments as it hasn’t released from my online basket back onto the system, so rang in the morning to try again and was told there was no slots, however I could see there was but couldn’t book them online as I’d paid over the phone. The spa was full of loud groups, although attempts were made by staff to tell them to be quiet but still remained loud. I had a pedicure which I was got late by 7 minutes and finished 20 minutes early! And my toe is now infected. They always cut your treatment times short. The other girl that was doing the pedicure was badmouthing previous customers, the girl doing my pedicure made no attempt at conversation. I booked individual spa day, which was meant to be inclusive of lunch, bubbly and a drink. I left without being given any. I even spoke with the manager of vitale cafe and nothing. This place has gone down hill, I frequent this place and won’t be returning in future now.
We visited Aqua Sana as day guests on our Center Parcs break and had an amazing time. There is so much to see in this spa! Including a fire and ice experience, a heated outdoor pool and water beds to snooze on. I also had a scalp massage treatment done by Jess, which was so lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend visiting Aqua Sana, there is something for everyone to enjoy and plenty of space to relax. We will definitely be returning!
Had a really lovely spa day here. The spa treatment was amazing, I had a facial with Ruth I think her name was and it was the best one I've had. Loads of areas to go to in the spa, heat and ice, pool, steam rooms etc. The only thing that wasn't great was the service in the restaurant, really slow and seemed to be loads of people working there but not actually doing much.
My experience to Aqua sana has been really good. The facility is extremely clean and there is a lot to explore. All members of the staff where really helpful and friendly. 4 stars only for the café although the staff was very good the food itself isn’t up to the standard of this place. The premium price is justified for the spa but the food is definitely overpriced for what it is. Overall a good experience, highly recommended.
