Our favourite home from home, an annual pilgrimage in August for us when going Twinwood Festival in Bedford and so lovely with the lake and its pastoral setting around the golf course. Do opt for the deluxe rooms in Oceania building, they are superlative and much better than the rooms in the Atlantis building. These rooms have all the mod cons, Bluetooth and screen mirroring with a stocked mini bar replenished daily beer, wine, water, crisps, chocolate. The top floor in the Oceania building is best. We love seeing the lovely server Anna at breakfast every year, and on our last visit Hayley and Imogen at the front desk made our 6 night stay extra special. Well done ladies! Lovely customer service overall across all outlets, dinner offerings worthwhile and do not forget to book your YSpa visit well in advance. One of the nicest spa spaces to visit and recharge in.

Highly recommend.  The customer service is brilliant, I didnt show for my day spa, and Cheryl made a point of continously trying to make contact to understand why, when I did respond due to personal circumstance she couldnt do enough to offer alternative dates, I thought it would be lost due to no show, but no they couldnt do more to help, first class front of house communication.  When I did arrive after rearranging I was late and again a hiccup with my friend attending with me, yet again nothing a problem, the missing friend has an extension to us when she can in next 6mths, as I was late, they allowed me to stay later to get full enjoyment, how nice was this.  All staff in the spa, were polite, and smiley, nothing was a problem, lunch service was busy but the girls all had smiles and explained all in a lovely manner.  I will most definately be returning I hada lovely day, even though on my own I felt safe and able to move around freely, but i will look forward to having company next time, as i will be back Thank you Renee McInerney 10th Nov

We spent the day here, the spa is super clean, excellent facilities very good. We went on a Thursday so wasn't too busy but busy enough. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lunch a little disappointing because, it was a set menu, they brought the desert at the same time as the meal? All drinks served in plastic glasses, l get this for the pool area not it the restaurant. Just a couple of small issues. I had a hot stone massage, my  therapist Lauren was brilliant she was caring and super kind the treatment was superb. Would go again in a heartbeat

2nd year on the trot there... Fabulous time Update 2022 After not being able to visit for the past few years we finally managed to get back for what is now our 4th visit.  The Hotel and Spa has changed a lot, and it is a wonderfully welcoming spa to visit.  We were staying overnight as well in the hotel which was also as amazing as always.  Big thanks to the Spa team, Megan, Sandra, Lauren, Shannon, and all the others that looked after us and made us feel welcome and for the opportunity to take some extra photo's.  We love the environmental initiative and we appreciated all the efforts made to accommodate our dietary requirements Plant Based and Gluten Free is tough but throw in no onion and no garlic is a real challenge, big shout to Anna and Ellie for your understanding and the kitchen team.

I cant wait to come back. This has been a very special place for my husband and myself to celebrate our anniversary's. Rooms always clean and tidy. Facilities  are comfortable and spacious.food is mazing.The buffet caters for vegetarians. Staff are polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend for a little getaway!.

My 4th time coming and 5th for my wife. I can't tell you enough how amazing it is here. From the lovely hotel rooms, amazing restaurant and stunning spa. We love it here. Also I don't think I've ever been to a place where ALL the staff are so friendly and helpful and I do mean all the staff. A wonderful place to escape and de-stress for a day or two. P.s smells incredible when walking through the main entrance . See you again soon

I had a birthday treat here today and it was my first spa experience. I had an amazing day. The staff, facilities and food were all exceptional and I would certainly go back there again or recommend it to anyone as a relaxing day out.

Needed a relaxing break so chose this hotel from online reviews. Check in was a bit slow & the 1st room we were allocated had not been cleaned. Not a good start, so we had to go all the way back to reception & were given  another room. Decor was very nice, modern & room was clean. Size ok, no bath but good size shower. Our view overlooked a hedge & it was nice to see the wild Rabbits. Cannot comment on restaurant as we didn't eat in the hotel. Gym & some leisure facilities were across the Car park, both adequate. For a better Spa experience we paid £25 each for the use of the onsite Spa which was worth every penny. Amazing Steam room, Ice room with tropical shower. Outside whirlpool & Sauna also great. We enjoyed our stay and think it was value for money.

Visited today and it was amazing!! 10/10. Staff were lovely and so helpful and cant fault the Spa itself. Mezze lunch was brilliant. Will definitely be back!

Had an overnight stay at the spa which proved very relaxing. The food isn't bad and our package included a buffet lunch and breakfast and a 3 course dinner. The massage my wife and I booked in was very relaxing, so much so that I think I nodded off twice! The salt steam room was probably my favourite.
