Really great experience so far. Flat & flatmates are great. Building is very modern and expansive. Great open terraces. Gym is good but needs more equipment. Some elements of the building's security needs attention but overall very good environment. Building manager Harriet does a great job attending to the needs of those living here.
Just wanted to express my gratitude to London Shared & the company they are. Nothing but a positive experience throughout. Wilman has been brilliant and been incredibly attentive and understanding during my tenancy. No issue was too small or too big and everything was sorted in a prompt manner. Also, massive thank you to Will in the Lettings Team. They conducted viewings and a professional and accommodating manner. Not to mention that Will went out of his way to make extra adjustments for my move out date. Overall a brilliant experience. London Shared has been amazing. I only moved to London 6 months ago, and London shared managed to work with me on finding out the best fit house. It worked out so well that I actually ended up becoming such good friends with my new housemates in such a short period of time, that we can see us living together for a long time. The move in process was seamless and they’re very responsive. Craig Nyman, our property manager, has been such good help! Prompt replies, gets anything sorted that we need, and is super flexible to make sure that your living situation is as convenient as possible. Can’t recommend LS enough!
London Shared has been a fantastic help since I moved to London, and is greatly thanks to Craig. He supports me every time when I need him. The house I live in is in a great shape. London Shared is a great agency when you want a mind-free rental agreement. I strongly recommend going through them.
Very poor experience with this property management company who is supposed to facilitate the rental experience. Communications was easy they do pick up the phone and answer emails relatively fast, however don't expect to solve any problems with your property manager. Multiple times I've flagged a broken wardrobe that has not been repaired for 6 months. Take extra care when moving into your room and take as many photo as possible to document the condition of the property, as they tried to charge me for a stained carpet and blinds that were already damaged when I moved in. Would not recommend: charging above market rate for an overall poor experience.
I have been renting with LondonShared for around 6months. The company and staff are great. My experience has been one contrasting to bad landlords across London - they are responsive to issues, attentive with viewings and changes needed and overall manage the property well. Special shout out to our property manager Craig.
Jan is our senior property manager and he goes above and beyond in all that he does. His communication, attention to detail and support to ensure everything is running smoothly in the property makes working with him a total pleasure. Highly recommend London shared if you’re looking to live in London in a hassle free way. Jan for the win!
London Shared is a great rental company. The houses and rooms are spacious and modern, and the building managers are very attentive and helpful. Thank you to Nasima Maharaj, our current building manager for swiftly working to sort any problems we may have.
Must say a big thank you to Wilman Grobler! Im currently one of the tenant with London shared over the past two years and half. Also used London shared back in 2013 when I first moved to London. Wilman is a dedicated property manager, who really shows great understanding and care. He always makes prompt response when needed and resolve the issue with professional manner. Really appreciated for Wilman’s assistance over the year & London shared has been a great experience for me. Highly recommended to everyone who is looking for a shared accommodation in London.
