I have recently dealt with William Pocock at James Pendleton regarding a flat purchase. The whole process was seamless, and William was in constant communication throughout the process almost daily. I would highly recommend William and James Pendleton for anyone looking to buy their first flat in Clapham, after dealing with many other estate agents over the last 3/4 years I can confidently say this has been the most professional and easiest experience.

I paid a deposit of £2,000 to take the property 3 One East Hill off the market on 25/10/2023. I pulled out from buying the house after finding out that we would be getting only 70% of the terrace that had been promised to me in the viewings carried out by a James Pendleton agent.The developer Trio The Difference agreed to return the deposit to me but never did. I've been chasing James Pendleton and the developer himself multiple times. Several promises have been made by the developer that the money would be returned to my account by a certain date, which never happened. This has been the worst experience we have ever had with any estate agents in London. Please be careful and avoid James Pendleton and any development by Trio The Difference!
I've had a wonderful experience renting a property through James Pendleton, which is mostly due to the incredible support, proactiveness and communication from my agent Sharon Chattalis. She was quick to respond if ever I had a question or problem and has made moving in and out of the property so easy. I could not recommend her, as well as the agency in general, more highly.
We completed with James Pendleton last month and are thrilled with our new home. Felix was a great help, and he was always on hand to pick up phone calls, reply promptly to emails and keep on top of all the moving parts. As first time buyers, we were nervous about the process but Felix guided us through the process effortlessly and we were able to move in much quicker than expected. We would definitely recommend James Pendleton to friends looking to move.
