We recently moved out of a property managed by Penhurst in Jun-24. Jack was our main contact and is extremely responsive. It has been so easy dealing with everyone including the maintenance team during our whole time at the flat. Our deposit return was processed within a few days.

I have worked for penhurst as a electrical and air conditioning contractor since 2015 the level of efficiency from this company is amazing always liaising with me to make sure work is complete as quick as possible to suit the need to the needs of everyone even during the pandemic the maintenance of properties were being carried out still following government guidances what a fantastic team to work alongside

I have lived in several properties in London managed by various estate agents. I lived in a Penhurst managed property for 10 months and the service that they provided was very bad. We had a broken shower which took months for them to fix, and when they fixed it they caused a leak that meant there was water flooding the floor below us. They then took several days to resolve this, so we had no shower facilities, and they provided no alternative. The heating control panel stopped working during a cold spell so we had no heating. Again, this took weeks to resolve and Penhurst gave no updates on progress. Additionally, my flatmate had a chronic cough which only went away when we moved out of the property, so we assume it was caused by damp in the property. Overall, compared to other estate agents, I think Penhurst do not provide an adequate service of maintenance in the properties that they manage and they should look to improve this.

I have been renting an apartment from Penhurst properties since 2016. We always had a respectful and mutually rewarding relationship. I have kept my part of the deal of being a good tenant; respectful of the flat, mindful of my requests, and never late on payments, and they have reciprocated with attentive service to my needs regarding anything in the flat & beyond. They have a responsive and caring team across all functions, let it be field/maintenance operators or directors and portfolio managers. Having been here for 6 years I got to know most of the team and I can say that I am very happy with each of them.
