Story

An individual in a business notorious for a stereotype image of an estate agents - just one glance at our window shows that we are no ordinary estate agents.

Allan is fourth generation in property from a line of surveyors and estate agents, he is a qualified member of the Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers and is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He started the business in Putney in 1983 and it has given him a chance to build a thriving enterprise based on principles of honest sound advice and providing a real service to all customers.

Having handled all types of property throughout the local area we believe we can give advice to owners and purchasers with a greater depth of knowledge and experience than any other company. A number of properties pass through our hands several times and we hold records on literally thousands of properties which have been on our books, this creates a vast information bank which is especially useful when setting property values...

I’m happy with Allan Fuller. I fully recommend it because they are quickly to solve problems as I have been a tenant for several years with the agency. I would like to highlight the great service Sabrina Gasca provides . She is an amazing professional who is always prompted to help.
The team at Allan Fuller have been extremely helpful throughout our moving process. I'd happily recommend them to anyone. Particular thanks to Ronja who took us through the renting process and to Sarah who has been so helpful in looking after us in our new flat.
Allan Fuller was a great firm to work with! We were selling a challenging property this year, and John Ralph in particular was our agent. He provided excellent, transparent, and personable services from the start to finish and guided the selling journey to ensure we were getting the best negotiation. He took care and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personable, friendly and knowledgeable agent for their property!
Anna and John at Alan Fuller were an absolute pleasure to deal with and could not have been more helpful. They were always there ready to assist when the process got tricky and were friendly, honest, and professional throughout. A total joy to find estate agents like them!
Around three years ago, when we moved into our property, I left 5 stars for Allan Fuller. Unfortunately, they have proven to be like every other estate agent, brilliant at signing you up and disappointing in the long run. We never hear back from them. For each problem we’ve had with our property we have tried contacting them multiple times, and only ever hear from them when they need a new contract signed. Our neighbour has even complained in person to them about a particular property issue - and it’s still ongoing. I’d say at the moment we have a list of 10 or so issues that we have no idea whether they’ll ever be sorted. Nice people - but bad support.
We couldn't have done it without you! John's straightforward approach worked for us. John was in tune with the Putney market others overvalued and undervalued the property by some margin and the price we achieved was pretty much spot on to what John valued it at. It was far from straightforward due to the chain and change in circumstances, however John was an absolute professional, remained calm when things seemed to be falling apart, and was instrumental as a go-between at the 11th hour to close the deal. I would highly recommend Allan Fuller and John Ralf in particular. Can't thank you enough.

When we were in touch with Ronja and the team at Allen Fuller, they were always friendly, professional, and made sure things were done in an efficient and thorough manner. When we moved in, there were a couple of minor snags which Allan Fuller were more than happy to help organise and they got them sorted asap. Ronja helped us throughout the entire process and has remained available to make sure everything has been going smoothly.
