I’ve had dealings with Shaws in Kensington for a number of years. Caesar Matthias is fantastic and I can’t recommend him enough. He runs the sales department and from the initial instruction right through to completion, he drives things forward and helps both sides manage the process. He has also built a team of brilliant negotiators. I have also used the Shaws lettings department and would again, highly recommend them. If I was marketing another property in the area, whether for sale or letting, I would use Shaws without hesitation.
My agent manager is Caesar Matthias, he is really helpful, to response questions and solve problems quickly. So I can move to my new house before my previous one term is over. He is patient. I recommend him to my friends. And the last step, he finished all his work, but still follow up, to make sure what he promised, it was really nice.
Super recommended! Thanks to Shawn I have found and let a lovely apartment in Queen club gardens. The experience throughout all the process was smooth and pleasant! All the employees are professional and very friendly. Also a special thanks to Axel, who has managed everything almost like a friend to me.
It was an great experience to meet Cesar. I saw his expertise in this field and I must say he is truly effective and amazing. The seller is very slow on reponse. He proactively chase the seller and agent. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
We were incredibly lucky to work with Shaws Kensington’s Axel, as he found us a great apartment! The rest of the team helped with our paperwork and we are now loving our apartment. : thanks!
I want to say a big thank you to Axel who helped me getting an amazing flat in West Kensington. He not only was very efficient in getting back to all my questions and up speeding the process with the landlord but he was also so kind to show me the neighbourhood and the places around. The process of renting through the agency was good - we viewed with Adam who was prompt at responding and quick at securing the property for us which in this market is very much needed! Additionally, we have really enjoyed the experience with Property Management - Axel is extremely friendly and easy to converse with, and very attentive to both the tenants and landlords needs which is so important. We are thoroughly enjoying our time in our property rented by Shaws and see ourselves being here for many years!
Caesar at Shaws was absolutely fantastic. I would still be waiting to exchange on my flat if it weren't for Caesar going above and beyond to help move things forward. He was responsive, helpful and literally nothing was too much trouble for him. I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend Caesar and Shaws to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.
